Aprobación Parcial De Las Solicitudes De Registro Y De Licencia De Importación

°. Aprobación parcial de las solicitudes de registro y de licencia de importación . Se podrán aprobar solicitudes de registro y de licencia de importación de manera parcial por subpartidas arancelarias. En este caso, la utilización del registro o de la licencia de importación podrá hacerse únicamente teniendo en cuenta las cantidades y valores aprobados para las subpartidas arancelarias.

Parágrafo

No habrá lugar a aprobación parcial de licencias de importación cuando se trate de sustancias precursoras de control especial por parte del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes.
