Fiscal Penal Militar. Son funciones del Fiscal Penal Militar, las siguientes

Actuar como agente del Ministerio Público en los procesos de justicia penal militar de competencia del Inspector General de la Policía Nacional.

Velar por la integridad del derecho de defensa y la legalidad del proceso penal militar vigilando la ejecución de las providencias judiciales.

Coordinar las actividades de las demás dependencias de la justicia penal militar de la Inspección General.

Las demás que le determinen la ley y los reglamentos.
