Adiciónese un
al artículo 392 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “
El tránsito aduanero se autorizará para mercancía objeto de reembarque que se encuentra en un depósito temporal o centro de distribución logística internacional ubicado en jurisdicción aduanera diferente a la del lugar por donde saldrá la mercancía hacia otro país” .
