Los empresarios de transporte marítimo así como las firmas civiles o comerciales de que hagan parte en cualquier forma, que en la actualidad tengan agencia de aduana deberán poner fin a una de las dos actividades seis (06) meses después de la publicación de este Decreto en el Diario Oficial . La contravención a esta disposición conlleva la cancelación de las licencias para ejercer estas actividades.
