º . El artículo 30 del Decreto 568 de 1996 quedará así: "El PAC financiado con recursos de la Nación será aprobado por el Confis para cada órgano de acuerdo con la clasificación del artículo 26. La Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional podrá hacer sustituciones entre el PAC de los distintos órganos sin exceder el límite establecido por el Confis".
