El Juzgado que se crea por el artículo anterior tendrá, además de las atribuciones de funcionario de instrucción en la investigación de los delitos de sangre que se cometan en la Provincia de García Rovira, las de los Juzgados de Policía Nacional que funcionan en Bogotá.

Parágrafo

Autorízase al Gobierno para abrir los créditos adicionales que sean necesarios para dar inmediato cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en esta Ley.
