La acción referente al decomiso o pérdida de la mercancía es imprescriptible. La extinción de la acción y de la condena respecto de las demás penas por razón de los delitos de contrabando o fraude a la Renta Nacional de Aduanas, se regirán por las normas generales del Código Penal.
