Artículo segundo. Para desempeñar el cargo de Ingeniero Interventor de la interventoría de las obras contratadas con el Departamento de Caldas, para la reconstrucción y construcción del sector Pueblo Rico-Tadó, de la carretera Pueblo Rico-Tadó-Las Animas, creado por el artículo anterior, nómbrase al señor Pascual López López.

Parágrafo

El doctor López López, antes de posesionarse, deberá constituír a favor de la Nación, la fianza que le señale la Contraloría General de la República. Comuníquese y publíquese.
