°. Adiciónese el siguiente numeral al artículo 1.2.5.15 de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores, modificado por el artículo 1° del Decreto 1941 de 2006: “6. Depósito en garantía en moneda extranjera, por virtud del cual el control de los fondos esté a cargo de un establecimiento bancario legalmente autorizado para funcionar en el extranjero, con una calificación no inferior a la de la deuda soberana externa de Colombia, cuyo único beneficiario sea la respectiva bolsa, siendo transferible inmediatamente al primer requerimiento de la misma bolsa en la cuantía pertinente”.
