ARTICULO 18 . La provisión de cargos de la planta de personal de la Contraloría General de la República de que trata la Ley 106 de 1993, podrá efectuarse hasta la concurrencia de las asignaciones presupuestales incluidas en el Presupuesto General de la Nación para 1994.
