º El término de duración de la Empresa será de 25 años, contados a partir del 5 de octubre de 1976, fecha de su constitución inicial por medio de la Escritura número 2624 de 1976, de la notaria Primera de Bogotá. Sin embargo podrá disolverse extraordinariamente antes del término señalado, y este último podrá ser prorrogado de acuerdo con la ley y con los estatutos. CAPITULO SEGUNDO Objeto.
