El Sistema Nacional de Juventud, en coordinación con el Sistema Nacional de Derechos Humanos, proveerá espacios de sociabilidad conformados autónomamente por jóvenes, para la construcción de referentes identitarios y la prevención de violaciones a sus derechos a la vida, a la integridad, a la libertad y a la seguridad de personas, grupos y comunidades.
