En relación con los títulos de doctor en Derecho o Jurisprudencia, expedidos por Facultades o Universidades extranjeras, con posterioridad a la vigencia de la presente Ley, se estará a lo dispuesto en los tratados públicos, y, en defecto de estos, a la reciprocidad establecida por elArtículo 11 de la Constitución.
