Artículo décimo . El Banco de la República podrá autorizar a las entidades oficiales y semioficiales vinculadas al Ministerio de Agricultura, que sin la limitación de que trata el artículo 3º del Decreto - ley número 3027 de 1953 pueda mantener sus depósitos en la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, y en Banco Ganadero.
