Articulo 1° A partir del 1° de marzo de 1954, créase en el Servicio de Inteligencia Colombiano, un depósito obligatorio denominado "Fondo de Garantía de Prendas y Ahorro", constituido por cuotas que deberán ser descontadas al personal, mensualmente de su sueldo, para garantizar la conservación y devolución de los elementos de notación individual, como armamento, munición, etc., que recibe del Gobierno, lo mismo que los créditos que contraiga por concepto de Casino, Comisariato, etc.
