Es censurable aceptar un cargo desempeñado por otro colega que haya sido destituido sin causa justificada, salvo que se trate de un empleo de dirección o confianza. No debe el médico procurar conseguir para sí empleos o funciones que estén siendo desempeñados por otro colega.
