º. La distinción "Andrés Bello" en la categoría municipal, se otorgará en cada una de las aplicaciones que se realizan durante el año, al bachiller que en cada municipio obtenga el más alto puntaje en el examen de Estado para ingreso a la educación superior. En esta categoría, la distinción solamente garantizará crédito educativo condonable, a través del Icetex, según reglamento de esta entidad y es requisito para su otorgamiento que el bachiller obtenga un puntaje que alcance al menos la categoría de medio alto, según la escala de interpretación establecida por el Servicio Nacional de Pruebas del ICFES.
