Suspensión y restablecimiento. La suspensión de un oficial o suboficial en el ejercicio de sus funciones o atribuciones será dispuesta por las autoridades y medios señalados en el artículo 85 del decreto 613 de 1977, únicamente a solicitud de la autoridad jurisdiccional competente que haya proferido contra el individuo un auto de detención preventiva. El restablecimiento del oficial o suboficial en el ejercicio de sus funciones o atribuciones también será decretado por la correspondiente autoridad administrativa con base en solicitud formulada por el juez o funcionario de instrucción competente.
