° En circunstancias especiales y urgentes, a juicio del Ministerio, podrá éste ordenar pasajes aéreos. En este caso, solamente se liquidará al Oficial en el pasaporte el valor del pasaje y un diez por ciento (10 por 100) sobre el valor de éste, para gastos extra.
