El autor, el editor, los causahabientes de éstos y quien tenga la representación legal o convencional de ellos, pueden pedir al Juez el secuestro preventivo:

1.-De toda obra, edición, ejemplares;

2.-Del producto que se haya obtenido con la enajenación o alquiler de tales obras, edición o ejemplares, y

3.-Del producto de los espectáculos teatrales, cinematográficos, filarmónicos y otros análogos.
