El Gobierno nacional contará con un (1) año a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, para diseñar e implementar una política pública integral que permita disminuir las pérdidas y desperdicios de alimentos en la cadena de suministro de alimentos y que coadyuve las disposiciones contempladas en la presente ley.
