Los Acuerdos Departamentales pueden ser objetados por el Gobernador. dentro de los cinco días siguientes á aquél en que se le hayan pasado para su sanción; pero si el Consejo insiste, el Gobernador deberá san- donarlos, do perjuicio de lo que se dispone en el artículo siguiente.
