Artículo once. Las personas que ejerzan la optometría, sin sujeción a las disposiciones del presente Decreto, serán sancionadas por los respectivos Directores Departamentales de Higiene, con multas de cien a quinientos pesos ($ 100 a $ 500.00), convertibles en arresto en la proporción legal.
