El Ministerio de Obras Públicas aprobará el plano y la mensura si los encuentra arreglados, ú ordenará la rectificación a que hubiere lugar.

En la resolución aprobatoria del Ministerio se insertará la exposición y mensura trabajadas por el Ingeniero.
