Mientras se determina el procedimiento para los asuntos que corresponderán a la jurisdicción de la familia, siempre que sea necesaria la intervención del Juez para los fines previstos en el artículo 1º. de esta Ley, se seguirá el procedimiento verbal regulado en los artículos 442 a 448 de Código de Procedimiento Civil.
