Art. 1° Aprópiase la cantidad de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40,000) como auxilio que el Gobierno destina al Asilo de Ancianos establecido en Bogotá, y como compensación que se reconoce a la Sociedad de San Vicente de Paúl por el servicio que ella hace al Gobierno cediéndole el local y edificio que ha ocupado aquel Asilo.
