LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.3.3.4. Distribución de los recursos de reasignación de regalías y compensaciones - escalonamiento provenientes de la explotación de Carbón, entre municipios no productores. Los recursos de reasignación de regalías y compensaciones – escalonamiento, provenientes de la explotación de carbón que corresponden a los municipios no productores, se distribuirán de manera igualitaria, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 55 de la Ley 141 de 1994.
