Art. 234. El auto en que se haya admitido una tercería se notificará personalmente al ejecutante, el ejecutado, al que hizo la oposición y a los demás opositores admitidos, que tengan interés en unos mismos bienes, procediéndose según el caso, conforme a los artículos 222 y 223 de esta ley. El auto en que se niegue una tercería se notificará, como en los casos mencionados, considerándose esta como una conciliación del juicio ejecutivo.
