Las sumas de tres mil seiscientos pesos($ 3,600) y mil doscientos pesos ($ 1,200), votadas para tales obras en dicho Presupuesto, serán puestas por el citado Ministerio á disposición de los respectivos Municipios ó Departamentos ó de sus legítimos representantes ó apoderados, por conducto del Ministerio del Tesoro.
