Durante toda la prestación del servicio, el conductor del vehículo deberá portar el extracto del contrato, el cual deberá expedirse de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el Ministerio de Transporte en la reglamentación que para el efecto expida, a través de un sistema de información que permita y garantice el control en línea y en tiempo real.
