La división de terrenos de resguardos de indígenas se efectuara por comisiones especiales a cargo de la Nación. Cada comisión se compondrá de un abogado, un ingeniero y un práctico conocedor del resguardo, de reputada honradez e idoneidad, nombrados por el Gobernador del Departamento.
