PERSONAL. Las personas que presten sus servicios a la empresa, con excepción del Gerente, Subgerentes, Secretario General, Auditor Interno, Jefes de División y Profesionales Especializados, serán trabajadores oficiales y por lo tanto, estarán sometidos al régimen legal vigente para los mismos. El Revisor Fiscal podrá ser persona natural o jurídica vinculada mediante contrato de prestación de servicios, no teniendo por tanto, la calidad de empleado oficial.
