El Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones (PROEXPO), podrá adquirir inmuebles con destino a su sede y a sus oficinas en otras ciudades del país o del exterior, o para otros fines relacionados con el cumplimiento de sus objetivos, todo ello dentro de las autorizaciones expresas que en cada caso apruebe la junta directiva, con sujeción a las normas legales y reglamentarias que estén vigentes sobre la materia y que sean aplicables a esta institución.
