Art. 56. El papel sellado para el uso del Departamento de Panamá llevará debajo del sello esta expresión: "Para el uso del Departamento de Panamá," impresa con tinta de distinto color á la del sello; y los timbres serán de una edición distinta á los que se usarán en el resto de la República.
