Artículo único. Apruébese el Reglamento orgánico y plan de estudios de la Escuela Superior de Guerra propuesto por la Dirección de establecimiento. Con la modificación de que tal instituto dependerá directamente de Ministerio de Guerra, en la cual se radican las funciones atribuidas al Estado Mayor General. El Reglamento empezará a regir desde el 1. °. De febrero de este año. Comuníquese y publíquese.
