Art. 4°. Habrá además en el Estado Mayor general un Cuerpo Civil que con las asignaciones señaladas en el citado Presupuesto de Gastos y en los Decretos expedidos al efecto, constará del siguiente personal: Un Guardaparque general; Un Auditor general de Guerra; Un Capellán general del Ejército; Un Secretario del Auditor; Un Habilitado del Estado Mayor general; Tres Escribientes del Guardaparque; y Dos Ayudantes del Guardaparque.
