Art. 198. Este empleado formará los Catálogos de la Biblioteca de su cargo, y estará sujeto al cumplimiento de las demás prescripciones que le imponga el respectivo Reglamento, el cual será formado por el Rector y sometido á la aprobación del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública.
