Incumplimiento de la obligación de realizar el registro . Las multas causadas por la renuencia en el cumplimiento de la obligación del registro, serán impuestas al propietario del subsuelo petrolífero, por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía a favor del Tesoro Nacional, mediante resolución motivada.
