La Caja de Vivienda Militar recibirá, en calidad de depósito, el 80% del Fondo de Garantías de Prendas y Ahorros de los Agentes de la Fuerza de Policía, y lo destinará para adjudicaciones de miembros de la misma Fuerza. La consignación se hará mensualmente, a mas tardar el día diez (10) del mes siguiente al del descuento. El 20% restante quedará en la Caja General de la Fuerza de Policía para las devoluciones a que haya lugar, depositado en una Caja de Ahorros.
