Artículo único. Decláranse destituidos de su empleo todos los funcionarios de los ramos administrativo y judicial, sean nacionales, departamentales ó municipales, que hayan tomado armas contra el Gobierno. Las autoridades respectivas procederán á llenar los puestos vacantes haciendo nuevos nombramientos. Publíquese.
