Áreas sagradas o de especial significado cultural . Las áreas sagradas o de especial significado cultural que no tengan continuidad geográfica con un Territorio Indígena y/o que no sean de ocupación permanente de los Pueblos Indígenas respectivos, estarán sujetas a lo establecido en el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 32 de la Ley 2294 de 2023. Estas funciones y competencias se ejercerán bajo los principios de coordinación, concurrencia y subsidiariedad entre el Territorio Indígena puesto en funcionamiento y las demás entidades territoriales. TÍTULO III DE LAS COMPETENCIAS GENERALES
