Los particulares que traten de esquivar o esquiven el cumplimiento de las disposiciones de este Decreto, serán castigados con multas iguales a la mitad de la impuestas en el artículo anterior. Estas multas las impondrá el Inspector de Sanidad Pecuaria, y los animales de que se trate, serán sometidos en todo caso a las disposiciones de este Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
