° Las cooperativas de vigilancia privada que a la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto no hayan obtenido licencia de funcionamiento del Ministerio de Defensa, disponen de noventa (90) días contados a partir de la publicación del mismo para gestionar ante dicho Ministerio la respectiva licencia, previo el lleno de los requisitos señalados en este estatuto.
