Redactada la sentencia y firmada por el Presidente, los vocales, el secretario y el auditor de guerra, se leerá en voz alta en la audiencia por el Secretario. El Presidente notificará la sentencia al fiscal, al defensor y a los reos. Las sentencias absolutorias de los Consejos de Guerra Verbales se consultan ante el juez de segunda instancia. Las sentencias condenatorias pueden ser apeladas en el acto mismo de la notificación.
