Modifícase el literal cc), y adiciónase el literal dd) del artículo 22 del Decreto 1071 de 1999, los cuales quedan así: "cc) Administrar la recaudación y el cobro que se originen por la administración y control de los Sistemas Especiales de Importación-Exportación, Zonas Francas, Zonas Económicas Especiales de Exportación y las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional; dd) Las demás que le asigne la ley y el Director General".
