º. Las Compañías de Financiamiento Comercial deberán constituirse como sociedades por acciones cuyo funcionamiento se rige por las normas previstas en este Decreto. En lo no previsto en él les son aplicables las disposiciones que rigen para los establecimientos bancarios, y en su defecto, las relativas a las sociedades anónimas.
