Art. 4.° Los elementos de parque existentes en Poparan quedarán a cargo del Administrador principal de Hacienda nacional en dicha ciudad, quien los recibirá del Guarda-parque por riguroso inventario. La fianza dada por dicho Administrador para asegurar su manejo, se hace estensiva a responder por el valor de los efectos de parque cuyo depósito se le encarga.
