° La primera elección de los miembros que deban formar parte de la Cámara de Comercio de Cartago será convocada por el Alcalde de dicho Municipio, de conformidad con las reglas fijadas por el artículo 7° de la Ley 28 de 1931, y en los Decretos 1890 de 1931, 1457 y 1458 de 1942, 1377 de 1944. 489 de 1946, 3698 de 1948 y 1656 de 1949.
