La Dirección de Vigilancia y Control del Ministerio de Salud, a través de la División de Vigilancia de Productos Bioquímicos, dispondrá las medidas conducentes para que, dentro de los meses siguientes a la expedición de este Decreto, las empresas que elaboren, envasen o hidraten bebidas alcohólicas y los fabricantes o distribuidores de tabacos y cigarrillos, nacionales o extranjeros, incluyan las leyendas a que se refieren los artículos 16 y 17 del Estatuto Nacional de Estupefacientes.
