Política de apoyo al arrendamiento social. El Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda en la modalidad de arrendamiento o arrendamiento con opción de compra podrá ser aplicado en viviendas nuevas o usadas, cuyo valor supere el límite de precio establecido para la Vivienda de Interés Social, siempre y cuando el canon de arrendamiento mensual pactado no supere el 1% del valor tope para vivienda de interés social del año en el cual es otorgado, establecido en las normas que regulen la materia.
